- Great startup culture filled with very hard working people - Very smart managers that you can really learn a lot from - Promotes an environment of learning (they buy for you books if you’re interested in learning more about a particular topic) - Team lunch every other Thursday

Cons

- Company is growing so things move pretty quickly. This isn’t a bad thing, just something you should know going in

- work is pretty easy - lunches are free - free coffee and beer

Cons

There is zero workplace culture. People are nice enough, but the office environment is a very stale. One thing I wish I had known before starting there is that as a business development intern, you will NOT be developing Vimbly's primary business - your job will be to scroll through online directories searching for shotty websites. and then entering contact information into an excel template. -after doing this for an insane amount of time, you will learn how to send out mass spam emails to the website owners offering to redesign their websites -this work is unchallenging and tedious and you will not learn any transferable skills aside from coming to work regularly -Also, the CEO is really lame.

Cons

You have to be driven and self-motivated to get ahead. If you don't take the initiative, you'll just sit stagnant
