      Pros

      The work culture in Melbourne was good. Great and professional team to work with in Australia Great engineering team in Vietnam

      Cons

      Very long working hours, no work/life balance System based on publicly shaming people for doing something wrong Not being recognised for going the extra mile by top management Constant changes to the programs Impossible deadlines without thinking about all the safety, regulations and standards that cars need to achieve

      Pros

      Great local team who were terrific to work with and put in a huge effort. Just a shame the efforts weren’t recognised or appreciated by the big boss overseas in head office.

      Cons

      Big hours meant quite a few personal sacrifices but the team, salary and sense of achieving the impossible all felt good. Constant changes and a lack of awareness or appreciation from head office were the biggest issues but the local team and the engineer supporting us in Vietnam were some of the best I’ve ever worked with.

      Exciting work. Fantastic group of people, most of which were Australians.

      Cons

      Chairman has no idea what he is doing. He is surrounded by "Yes-men" who cannot tell the truth, for fear of losing their jobs.
