Pros
Good company we have picnics xmas party free lunch ...you can work with this job as long as you can handle the lifting of 10 thousand cases almost every sigle day you have to load it by hand..and if you can handle haters and lead..that doesn't know how to work with people .they dont care even tho you tell them your back hurts...you still have to load the truck by hand...

They dont care about you. No chance to grow up...

401k, health insurance and pto start right away from start of hire. Maybe 2-3 weeks of waiting time.
Cons
Hard labor Lunch breaks usually unheard of! Routing is below average if that! Delivery windows are annoying and take up a lot of time by re routing you. 10hr workdays are cherished expect to work 12 and up!
