Good look and feel(first sight), feel like MNC Good at marketing know how to take best out of us

Less value for employees no proper payment claim to be good company but just show off nothing valuable in them wont give experience certificate if anyone try to leave company they have many reasons or tactics to make employee continue in company even if he/she is not satisfied in job

I have been working with Vinam Solutions for 1.7 years. Vinam provides all the opportunities to explore and excel new professional avenues. Good work/Life balance: Flexible timings really helped me thrive. Always had a chance to advance: Environment could be competitive but there were a lot of opportunities. Great management: Management was always supportive and motivated us. Co-workers are professional. Everyone follows proper code of conduct.
