By far the worst company I've ever worked for. Please do your research before you sign on, check indeed and other reputable sites that allow company reviews. The mangers wield power through their connections. This is a "good ole boys" environment, and if you're not willing to turn your head to the drugs, alcohol, managers sleeping with employees, and favoritism, they will excort you out. Run Fast!!!!!

Epitome of a poorly run “family” business

Plenty of lies to get you interested in working there, as well as false promises of promotions and greater opportunities once you start that never come to fruition.

Cons

The business has grown over the last few years but the family can’t maintain it and kept putting family members in decision making positions when they don’t have the experience or knowledge to lead. The layer of management under them is so concerned about being “in” that they go along with whatever the family member in front of them wants, even if to anyone with any business or common sense it is the wrong move.
