      Many: Stupid management makes you feel like you’re working as their slave Job role gets changed every now and then. I’ve worked there for a year and they changed my role and department 5 times. They will torture you. Interfere in your personal life like anything. Bad company and mad Management

      Cant find any even after working for many years.

      Cons

      People pleasing the CEO and nodding to him are only been given increment even though they dont possess any talent/qualification/experience in the field. Goals changes every other day rather i would say hour too much of micromanagement no trust in employees other than his community even though they are the worth possible people in the department CEO screams and shouts like anything and use abusive languages to address even the senior ppl/employee in the company they think ppl working after office hours are the only ppl working.

      Poor management Tour own hard work will be stolen easily Very late commission and salary They will do the visa after you join with maybe 3 month Spying Run from there for your own saftey
