Everybody has a voice and the bosses are willing to listen to different points of view. You can jump from one area to another and work on different kind of projects. Some projects are not too much cool but the average are enjoyable. There are very talented people on each area and they share knowledge with others. When I worked there I learned a lot of technologies and processes. They made me a better human being with their culture and values that they showed me. Not only the projects are important but the people and they care about them. I learned values that hopefully I can apply to my day-to-day work and life.

The company is absolutely committed to work with friendly and open minded young people. Very well organized (ticket tracking, work schedules, etc). Chat rooms were the norm for communication. Flexibility to work at any time of the day. Good initiatives of online allowances.
