Pros

The staff are typically great people that are just looking for a good company to work for. Most of them are hard working and dedicated but are wasting their time at this place. Not many other pros...

Cons

Where do I begin... Promised bonuses and raises that never happen Under qualified management High turnover - in the time I was there, at least 30 people quit or were let go Constant changes with the direction of the company The owner is a salesman who is only looking out for himself and what type of new car or boat he can buy next The company is losing money because they are giving away their services just to be able to say they have more clients They will overwork you if you let them The field staff is typically under qualified and overpaid for what they do

Pros

The only pro of working for this company is collecting a paycheck...and even that they can't seem to get right at times.

Cons

Constant fear of losing your job...getting written up with no warnings...lack of leadership from the top...constant policy changes that never fully get communicated to the rest of the company-they expect you to have ESP and when you don't you get in trouble. HR is a complete joke at Vineyard-whatever you disclose to HR gets told to your boss and then it creates an awkward working environment. No room for growth...no annual raises and bonuses are never executed...instead you receive an email 2 months later letting you know that you should be lucky to have a job and that the company accrued more costs by providing the employees with benefits. Upper management is a complete joke. The people who sit in glass offices are more concerned with what type of boat they want to purchase instead of growing the company. Lastly this company will never be successful when the turnaround is at 100%. They keep hiring to turn around and fire and wonder why their losing clients!

Pros

There are no pros that I have to share

Cons

Zero consistency in processes and expectations which set employees up to fail. There is a constant push to do more and do better but yet all benefits are being taken away and weekly meetings reminding employees to be scared of management because they are "watching". Zero positive feedback and lots of empty promises. Management is quick to point fingers but will refuse to take a look at their own short comings. There is very obvious favoritism amongst certain employees from a management standpoint which do not allow for equal standards for work performance.
