      Pros

      After being with Vinli for a year, this is absolutely one of the best teams that I've been a part of. High integrity. Strong work ethic. And people that I truly consider to be friends. And regarding Vinli as a whole, we have a great culture, we have a great work/life balance, there's opportunities for growth and learning, the job is challenging yet rewarding, the benefits have been more than sufficient for me and my family, and there is strong communication throughout the entire company.

      There are extremely high expectations, which can be a con for some.

      * Fully remote team that is an absolute joy to work with. Great at balancing getting the job done and enjoying time away from work * Freedom to focus on deep work and openness on discuss change with process, features and functionality * Amazing leadership that asks for feedback and will answer any question openly and honestly * Great opportunity for growing and learning new technologies * No Politics
