      Wine here and there to make it seem cool

      Cons

      - CEO's/management who are narcissistic, egomaniacs and treat staff with the utmost disrespect - Culture where people are made to feel absolutely worthless and embarrassed in front of other staff. - Treated like the military... if you wanted a morning coffee you better be 10 mins early so that you are in your chair at 9am with your coffee.

      Pros

      Some wonderful people to work with, and at least for a short time a great environment. Everyone is passionate about what they do and it shows.

      Cons

      Cliques and bullying are noticeable but swept away by the "culture team". Some extremely questionable decisions and behavior by most managers.
