Pros

I mean that headline in the best possible way. Vintory is unlike any other company I have worked for. The culture is amazing - and is intended to be so by upper management. They only hire the top 10% and it shows in the team they have built here. People are willing to go the extra mile and do things that don't necessarily fall into their job description to get the job done. It's an "all-hands-on-deck" mentality from top to bottom. My favorite things about Vintory: 1. Remote working environment. This provides flexibility with work schedule as long as work is completed and no team member or partner is left hanging. 2. Culture. I love my co-workers and we do fun things at our regular brunch meetings. 3. Benefits and Perks. Traditional benefits are offered but also some innovative ones (unlimited PTO, gym membership, free accommodations for vacation, book/class memberships) 4. FAMILY first. This is the first place I have worked that I can honestly say they expect me to put my family first and would not have it any other way. All the above items plus many more make me want to do my best day in and day out for Vintory.

Cons

If you are used to corporate structure and are used to lots of rules/regulations and SOPs - this may not be the place for you. It's a start-up and processes are still being developed and things are constantly changing. If you don't mind going with the flow and are flexible, then this is not a con! If you have trouble with time management and/or self-discipline, a remote working environment may not be ideal for you. Salary compensation (especially if you live in a high cost of living state) is lower than some other similar companies/positions but the many other perks and benefits make up for this.

Pros

Excellent work-life balance with top-notch benefits. They really care about their employees and they never second guess any decisions made, right or wrong. They let you know what is going on in all aspects of the company and answer any questions without hesitation. The management is amazing and make you feel like you’re part of the team from day one. Absolutely love the positivity and recognition of jobs well done.

Cons

With being a startup there can be a lot of ideas being thrown around and you can get overwhelmed but everyone is so easy to talk to and questions are answered quickly.

Pros

-Super talented team across the board (and good people, too) -Founder/CEO's energy and passion inspires the team, he makes smart decisions and truly listens to the team -Hands down the best marketing talent in the industry, even from non-marketing roles -Opportunity and challenge to be first to market -Long list of company perks, including unlimited PTO and free vacation rental stays -100% remote / work from home (been remote from the start, so they have it figured out) The high ratings and great places to work status aren't smoke and mirrors (like with some companies). They're legit. Vintory gives you the chance to do meaningful work and feel appreciated. What more can you ask for?

Cons

The normal stuff you see you working for a start-up; startup junkies actually like these, though. -There's going to be a lot of change, as you optimize processes. -There's always a lot of work (but the work really pushes the needle, so it's more rewarding). You'll never be bored.
