Pros

- Work is very easy if you like manual labor. - Production employees are nice for the most part.

Cons

- Upper management is completely disconnected from production employees. There’s no sense that they care about you as a person—only the results you deliver. - I was told before being hired that merit increases were part of the compensation structure. That turned out to be false. - The role you’re hired for can be changed suddenly and without warning, compensation, or explanation. - Daily work is heavily micromanaged, with little trust or autonomy given to employees. Even minor decisions often require unnecessary oversight.
