The company culture and management were good. The small and mature teams worked well together.

Cons

Recently the company was acquired by another investor and they 'restructured' the teams by making 50% of the company redundant, alleging the company would bankrupt in months if continue as it was, and I found it an interesting thing to be said, as investors. I believe the company culture has changed and likely not in a good way, as people with almost a decade of service, was made redundant in a matter of days after the new board comes along.

Pros

Viostream offered a collaborative working culture with flexibility and work life balance. Beer o'clock was always a favourite time for a friendly competition of darts with your colleagues.

Cons

It lacked product development velocity and couldn't compete with international competitors.
