As a relatively small Australian-bred company, working at Viocorp ensures you are exposed to a wealth of interesting clients and work experiences. We're experiencing a significant growth period with continued support from our investors. We're boasting a relatively new industry-leading management team, awesome new hires outside of that and shiny new CBD offices - things have never been better. The team and is great. Our open plan offices drives our fun culture. It's the kind of place where people tend to go to lunch in groups and everyone gets together for Beer o'clock on Friday. The recent focus on training and career development has been well received as people are beginning to carve some very exciting futures.

Cons

It's start up mentality which means we're still figuring things out. Whilst that can be frustrating at times, it's also a great opportunity to be part of something new.

Entrepreneurial culture, values driven, transparent Aspires to be best in class Disruptive vision to capture hockey curve growth in market demand Not the same company from just a year ago - growing and maturing rapidly

Cons

If you want a process defined environment or be hidden behind layers of people, probably not the company for you. All the room to make a difference though, performance rewarded.

As a fast growing company with ambitious plans, our business evolves on a rapid basis and that fluidity can definitely make people uncomfortable - for others it's an environment they can really get passionate about!
