You can join to gain experience as a beginner but not so great for growth in career.

Cons

$ Very judgemental work environment( people poke their noses into other team matters and make rukkus). $ You won't receive promised incentives even after multiple follow ups with the required people. They find stupid reasons to escape from paying incentives. $ Sometimes they pay less salaries without reason. $ Payrolls and everything are done manually. $ Lesser salary margins comparitively. $ They pressure you to come to office in middle of pandemic which is so inconsiderate.

Cons

Mid-level management behavior sometimes is disturbing the work culture which is a barrier to deliverables for executives. Team management skills are lacking, emotional and work balance needs an improvement.
