      Good benefits and had a great culture until 2017

      Cons

      Current leaders are lost and don’t understand the full business offering of joining a legacy Sprinkler business with a dynamic Fire & Security offering. Doomed to revert back to a struggling Sprinkler only business.

      Great people to work with, nice friendly, they make work fun.

      Cons

      Management is indecisive, to much talk and no action, over promises. Management doesn't like people getting together for some reason, so they ruin the concept of enjoyment at work, meaning they just want you to stay locked on your computer without talking to other people
