Extended working hours. No appreciation. Bosses come drunk and abuses you, for girls they scold badly. They asked all of us to write a good review, All good reviews are fake. They don't teach us anything good, they are reluctant to share knowledge. They expect to deliver but they dont teach or tell, for each mistake there will be some scolding and for right work no appreciation. Extreme business minded people, they will break your confidence to an extent that you will always work under them, for knowledge they will not give you time and make you exhausted so that on only weekend Sunday you dont have any time to learn. Although corporate first teach you and then asks you to work, here they want you to become their bonded labor. Working on some outdated technologies, although they are moving to new open source market still they are outdated. There is a game like one person scolds you, another person become friendly to you, trying to get some idea. Overall they are creating Stockholm syndrome. They have increased their pay-scale cause no one is willing to join their company. Very hard to switch the company as they wont teach you anything, you will be so exhausted that on only Sunday you will sleep and back to office like there was no weekend. Perfect place to ruin your career, you come in intelligent after rigorous selection, you come out as a donkey far behind others who were rejected. They have better jobs, better knowledge, better pay and you are still a hard working donkey very poorly paid and not able to switch. Earlier I have heard that they used to provide good bonus at diwali but now they are very much crooked. They have recently raised the pay for employees so that they may stick and dont get better job switch at this knowledge.
