Pros
The only positive thing I can say about my time here is that I’ve made many good friends.
Cons
Cons = Virtex. Everything they told us after purchasing our company was a farce. Starting with how much they value their employees….to how we would never lose anything we had already earned. Many employees lost weeks of vacation, while at the same time the company demanded relentless mandatory overtime that continues to this day. They hired people based on who they were friends with, regardless of whether they were qualified or not, then put them in supervisor positions directing people that have been working these jobs for 10, 20, 30, 40+ years. Needless to say, huge numbers of employees quit or retired in the last year alone. I would be surprised if the WI or MN Facilities stay afloat another year.
