You're employed? You can do the job blindfolded yet somehow the manager still knows more about it then you... You can play with firearms and enjoy being in a tribe. You enjoy looking for other jobs while you're getting paid to work for this one... Fruits washed every Friday...
Cons
I was hired at Virtra with promising words from management that there were avenues to move upward. Instead I was met by an extremely tribal environment that led to the divide of each department within the company, all headed by inexperienced managment and orchestrated chaos. Virtra struggled to keep my interest with the majority of the time i spent there. Upper management is so far disconnected from the lower echelon of the company. There's plenty of individuals that are still employed that have a treasure trove of information and experience in relative fields, however the lower branch of managment all play volleyball together so any and all advancement to speed processes up or better any working environment is looked at as a hostile takeover. Employees in Virtra have been dropping like flies, the ones who are aware of the issues anyway. I strongly suggest you take your skills elsewhere because each and every turn within that company is met with failure. Words to managment; if you're inept, just step aside and let the others have a chance. On the bright side, most of management are unaware of these issues because of the lack of communication between departments. If you're looking for an easy job with mediocre pay and just enjoy being a brute to move stuff and things, this is the job for you.
