Viral square is not a company it is a jail. you must understand one thing before joining this company you should stop your social life before the joining because when you come here you can not get time for your social life.they treat you as a slave or can I use cheap word like dog or dunky Very bad and toxic enviroment bad and micro managment. They are using Hubstaff time tracker which takes screenshots continuously and monitor your key typing and mouse hovering and on the basis of this it'll tell that how much active you're. They've set the criteria that Associate level developers should maintain 60% min activity on Hubstaff and 50% for SE and 40% for SSE. Company only concern about this typing activity and they don't cart about your work and real productivity. If you're working 10 hours instead of 8 and you're spending your nights at the office for office work just to deliver your deliverables yet they'll ask you about key pressing. There was an employee who did client communication, managed a team of 3 junior developers and spent his many nights at the office while working and company CEO asks him that your activity on Hubstaff is 30% which means that you only work for 3 hours and you sit idle for remaining 5 hours and that employee resigned after 1 week of this incident. Viral Square is very famous about firing their loyal employees, they hire very frequently and fire employees on monthly basis. 1 employee asked them for increment and they fire him by saying that we'll find another resource with the same salary and with higher experience. 1 employee requested the HR for Umra leaves which is their policy that anyone can get Umra leaves, when that employee asked HR for that, they fire him at the spot and didn't allowed him to go to his seat anymore and asked him to leave the company immediately so that their environment didn't disturb. 1 female employee was pregnant and they didn't give her maternity leaves and within 1 week of her delivery, company fired him. All these + 10 more incidents are of Jul, Aug, Sept 2023. This company is very very unpredictive about job security. 1 more thing regarding their tracker, if you're taking a meeting with the client, reading any documentation, reading the description of the ticket or watching any video, your Hubstaff activity would be zero as you're not pressing any button. The company is very very serious about their Hubstaff activity, which means that you need to keep pressing the keyboard buttons event if you're not doing any active development. This is the only formula to keep management of the company happy. Please keep these things in your mind before joining Viral Square.
