      Flexible, positive coworkers, trying to build a good work environment

      Cons

      Missing building a good a stable long term work environment. Have done multiple lay offs. My opinion aren’t organized and do not plan for the big picture. Just planning for tomorrow which isn’t going to get you to next week

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, good perks. Always work from home. Most of the employees are very nice, passion driven. Salary standard.

      Cons

      No job stability whatsoever, massive layoffs are a common thing and then they hire new people to be later fired. Great idea but tech is out dated and company keeps trying to push a platform that is no longer needed as it was 2 years ago. Extremely unorganized, they create new procedures every day and don't know what procedure they changed a week ago. Startup chaos on a no longer startup.

      Amazing start-up company, lots of friendly people, fully remote, and generous benefits.

      Cons

      Owned by a parent company, little to no notice of layoffs, no job security, does not protect the high performing staff who add value to the company.
