You get to talk about how great it used to be.

Cons

No career path at all. Poor management, elitist attitudes. Managers not held accountable for anything and then blame subordinates for their own falling. This company epitomizes "well this is the way we have always done it". Review your own history.

Pros

Lots of sales and planscape upper management Purchases and expense things for personal usage. There was a workshop that men were allowed to express their true feelings about women at the last meeting. It was tape recorded.

Cons

Lots of discrimination and bullying against women. Women are paid less, get less vacation and benefits. Women don't get retirement packages.

Pros

Decent salary but not much bonus potential. They are the number one mfg but it comes with a price. Competitors have very similar product and can sell at a better price.

Cons

Good ole boy system. not as many opportunities for women. They play games with bonus money and often give leads to the dealers.
