Pros
Great pay/benefits. Diversity of projects and minding the PDU kept the job interesting. Excellent technical team of Chemists, Engineers, and Operational staff. Free coffee was a plus. See also Mi's and disc golf.
Cons
Ticks! (not at the place of work--but the parks need guinea fowl). There were some management issues which appear to have been resolved since the acquisition. In hindsight, I would have been wiser to stay.

Pros
Decent salary when pushed. Did have good benefits but that was being changed.
Cons
Favoritism is the only way to get ahead. The new leadership in the danville va location is great, the overall leadership is lacking in many ways.
