    Pros

    Even after the Optus takeover, the values of the Virgin family of brands lives on. Training is fantastic, support from management and team is great, and I felt so valued.

    Cons

    Singtel/Optus stinginess slowly but surely creeping into the VMA brand.

    Pros

    I worked for VMA for a few years, truly fantastic experience, great way to break in to Telco and a fantastic and dedicated team. Truly some passionate people there who are committed to the brand - such a shame it will no longer be around in the future.

    Cons

    Not being one of the 'Big 3' can sometimes be a challenge in terms of getting customers to see the value in VMA and what we could do.
