Pros

Hardly any to be listed. You get a case of wine for Christmas.

Cons

Been paid minimum wage, expected to have experience of long term worker. Haven't received a pay-rise despite being told to work extra. Never offered any meaningful training and have been consistently micro-managed in an aggressive manner because I've struggled to learn the role. When struggling with aggressive behaviour from management, I couldn't say anything because I could lose my role.

Pros

CS team are great and friendly, easily the best thing about the place. Monthly bonus if you work your socks off, is nice, but should be included in the salary.

Cons

Paid minimum wage when they chase perfection in performance from you every day, all while the CEO is paid over £250k a year. Since 2024 the company got rid of 2 of the better managers in the team and then several agents left due to the decline in quality. Remaining direct management are not best, and like to gossip, on their breaks/after work about the staff.
