there is a reason the discipline department can't keep a full staff longer than 6months and it's not because of the FJB/MAGA office decor. it could be the fact the leaders are never there to witness events themselves and rely heavily on a lap dogs opinion. these two will passive aggressively complain and desperately crave any type of power. they will micromanage peoples time and emails to the point of harassment. HR will try to sell you on the various pto/holiday/sick leave and how great it is that they're 37.5hr/weeks on a salary, not hourly position but then demand you check in before leaving to go ANYWHERE during the work day. If that’s not enough to deter you, keep in mind monetary compensation has been offered to current employees to bring in new team members and it has never worked.
