Hybrid work from home, one day in office. Supporting a worthy mission. Room for advancement.
Cons
Culture was not respectful of the population we were there to serve. Poor conflict resolution skills from upper management. Unrealistic expectations. Not accommodating to disabilities. Odd conservative religious vent with opinions loudly expressed, at least in the finance department. Was very uncomfortable listening to management talk about homeschooling their kids due to fear of gender education.
