Director micromanages all the departments and Division managers have no say in there department. Staff is forced to work areas not related to there jobs and pulled away from there jobs they were hired to do. Then are asked why they cant get there assignments completed. Under staffed in some departments and over staffed in some departments there are more managers then staff. Director and division managers always in meetings and are not in touch with the customers of the stores. And communication and training is a big issue. And some of the upper managers don't handle staff in a correct matter. There is complete fear of the Director if you don't agree with him your going get belittled or even fired. You work in fear all the time.
