      The pace of change is not for the weak of heart. To stay relevant in today's business environment one must stay in front of the competition.

      Branch management is good. Good hours.

      Cons

      Company is owned by an Investing Firm with no experience in the tile business. Corporate leadership is horrible, they only care about profit, cutting corners to save money at the expense of branch level staff. Many benefits have been cut or reduced. I would not recommend this company.
