There is no “family” or “friends” at this company even though they try to make you feel like they are. They will like you one day but as soon as you show some push back or try to hold them accountable they will start to form a bad profile for you and work their way up to firing you. If that happens and you try to go work at another company with decent contracts (delta, waddle, brothers), they will be sure to smear campaign you to so that company will not hire you. The owners are all friends and do a lot of talking behind close doors. They will make sure you won’t get a job at one of the well known conpanies they do business with. Also lots of favoritism for tenured drivers. Need to kiss boots to get good loads.

Low pay, no dead head pay, no hourly pay, very high health care cost with insurance companies that are hard to work with, focused on appearing to be concerned with safety instead of actually promoting safe practices, promise of pay amount/work available does not match reality of what is available
