Solid pay, decent people to work with at the grunt and lead levels.

Cons

The upper management is not to be trusted when asked questions, if you become an inconvenience to them they will find a way to fire you.

Pros

Employees are nice. Lots of encouragement and praise for good work. Overall good atmosphere. Any questions you have are answered in a timely manner if not right then and there. Don't be shy. Always try to be better than your yesterday self and you'll do great.

Cons

The training wasn't what was discussed in the interview but overall, no issues from supervisors/managers with learning slow and as you go. Just don't take that for granted.
