It was literally the most unpleasant work experience I have ever had. Like many other colleagues, I felt depressed every day due to meeting unrealistic expectations even though we were doing our best. I also remember with great sadness the constant loss of talented people who wanted to do things in the best way. Personally, I did not feel valued as a human being, much less as a professional... The company's top management is full of untouchable people who are always allowed to do whatever they want: They can bully their subordinates, lie to show effectiveness in results, and also belittle other employees (Many of these "leaders" have a very high superiority complex). Trust me, I am not happy that the company has failed so much, but it is very satisfying to see how life is teaching those who remain in this company the true meaning of HUMILITY.

This company is the living example of what a lousy management can do. The managers are the reason why a company that had 130 recruiters last year is now down to 16. The manager "RevOps" work is very questionable and very unprofessional, he is more about making jokes and wasting time around the office than sitting down and doing serious work and listening to his employees. He is a person who only listens to his friends and if he doesn't like you he will try to annoy you as much as possible. They do not have a clear projection of the business and excellent workers are lost to these managers who do not have the skills and experience to handle their positions.
