CEO takes a personal interest in you. First time I ever worked for that actually knew my name! Great Staff, Holiday get togethers, Awards, etc. I have been with VEA for 5 years...It has been wonderful!! Best company I have EVER worked for!
Cons
Not being able to see everyone due to COVID.

1. The CEO truly cares about developing her people, even bringing teams in for education sessions to help us help our customers. 2. The CEO shows gratitude for good work. Employees are given spot awards, and an annual dinner is her vehicle to give awards to teams and individuals. Award recipients get plane tickets and team recreational events. 3. The company is very involved with community service. People are encouraged to volunteer in many ways. 4. During the month-long government shutdown, the CEO kept her contract personnel employed by taking the time to put them through training paid from overhead.
Cons
I can't think of anything substantial.
