People with good social behaviour

Cons

They don't have annual increment structure. Uncertain about their policies Top management with no previous experience. No positional standards as per industry (Ops manager works like a director of company who has no competitor experience as well the qualification and is promoted just because he is with the company for past 5 years.) You never know when they will ask you to move out.
