Flexible hours Great staff Fun culture Great flexibility if you are a parent or have outside commitments such as (running a small post 5pm business)

No real field sales opportunities purely because of the nature of the business being lead generation services.

Cons
Not much training, micro management, constant teams messages / emails asking how will you meet targets ? Why are calls down? Employee call stats posted daily & targets achieved/ not achieved posted daily - you need a thick skin to stick it out at this company. (Or just don’t read your teams alerts or emails)
