Great opportunities to learn and grow. I had an opportunity to implement the entire tech stack single handed. Management is open to you and encourages you to bring your own ideas on the table. Plenty of scope for innovation. Learning time of my life.

Cons

Couple of bits here and there which is a part of problem every startup faces. If you are looking for a mundane and routine job, then this is seriously not for you. You will need to learn plenty of things along the way.
