Pros
I get to personally challenge myself and have control over my own future. I've always wanted to be a part of something bigger and pushes me to be successful; this is the company to do it! Plus weekly pay is always needed and appreciated.
Cons
Must have self-drive and determination. No one is going to babysit you here!

The training here is great. They want you to understand all the ins and outs and are completely transparent so this way you can accomplish your personal goals.

If you’re not looking to get better every day it will be challenging
