they call themselves management consultants but they're just glorified IT consultants

Independance means high growth opportunity, there are some great partners

Cons

Blatant favourtism for certain consultants, not much value add from the company for projects, partners need to get better at selling higher value projects

I work with very smart people, it takes me to be the best me professionally I learn a lot in very challenging projects I have very good friends at work I feel rewarded for my efforts

Cons

I work more than I would like to during the final phases of projects I wish the clients were more organised so we could plan things in advance
