1. Working in Visdum means you are learning new skills in your work every month. 2. Higher management is reachable, encourage learn new things that help in developing skills and senior employees are cooperative. 3. Company believe in right attitude and gave opportunity when no other company outside beleived in me. Big respect for them. 4. Only 5 days working but expects to strech working hours to complete work if failed on delivery commitments but that's fair expectation I believe.

1. Collaborative culture: Everybody is super helpful and collaborative. Cross-team collaboration often happens with, everybody respecting each other's deadlines. 2. Flexibility in terms of growth: There's ample room for exploration at Visdum which, if used wisely, sets you up on a great journey of personal growth. Since it's a small team, the job's pretty fast-paced which is great for someone starting their career or for those who prefer learning on the go. But if you're looking for a more stable landscape, this may not be the right place for you. 3. Innovative mindset: The CEO and the founding team consistently encourage you to think out of the box. The product is still at a crucial stage of development and has amazing customers who stand by it. The goal for the founders and the company is to consistently bring about innovation in the product and improve customer experience.
