      You get out what you put in. Your business value & impact is recognized and rewarded with responsibility, opportunity, and compensation. At the same time the company doesn't have unreasonable expectations of its employees and appreciates everyone's contribution. Vise is very vigilant in promoting a healthy & present work culture.

      Career development and personal feedback is secondary to business objectives. Vise is a "choose your own adventure" vs. "follow a set path".
