Pros

Good, friendly co-workers. Close commute.

Cons

They are very unstable as a company. I was hired on in February to open a new location, and they closed their location in August. There was no notice given to me and some of my fellow employees. We showed up to work that morning, and they laid us off by noon. No notice, no warning. Upper management was very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone work for this company.

Pros

Before employees started to leave the company, there was a lot of talent and great people who worked for the company.

Cons

Poor ownership, nepotism, bounced paychecks, taking health insurance out of paychecks but not paying health insurance premiums, employees were promoted or terminated based on the likes of the President/Owners girlfriend. No department budgets Failed to pay contracted vendors, was told to find other vendors instead, the list goes on.....

Pros

It's sufficient if you need employment and/or aviation industry experience.

Cons

There was the constant concern of whether or not your payroll check would bounce after being cashed or deposited. Insurance premiums were being deducted from employee's payroll, while the policy was already cancelled. Condescending colleagues and management that often attempted to intimidate and/or undermine you. -Was told phrases similar to "your job is not important" and "you do not do anything" more than once, by more than one person. Inconsistent flow of operational communication between management and employees. There was often a sense of information being withheld for nefarious purposes. -It was not difficult to be made into a scapegoat when something did not go as planned. Nepotism and cronyism was fairly noticeable.
