      Great learning experience for an Accounting major, has put everything I have learned in the classroom to real world use. Great co-workers, everyone is extremely friendly and make you feel at home on day 1.

      I did not experience any cons working at Vision Bank.

      Pros

      It's a very good place to work. You'll be treated like family while there. The job is simple once you get the hang of it and there are plenty of opportunities to grow and move up within the company.

      Cons

      It can get a little hectic during rush hours, but it's manageable.
