      Company stuck in start-up mode

      Pros

      Medium size company with nice culture. You might be sent to Lisbon to visit HQ. Very flexible working arrangements.

      Cons

      Constant late night calls. Almost zero work life balance. Product is not stable, which causes issues with customers. You will be expected to work very long hours. Every project will be competing for a very limited resource pool.
