      Really really bad company culture, No communication, but anything goes wrong, the managers are the first to jump out to blame you. There are people leaving this company every month.

      Colleagues on site and their support.

      Cons

      You are unable to do or manage anything. Construction director had a bully approach. Blaming culture to all site team with hands tied. Not letting you deal with site timings, holding all the trades for months due to be the cheapest and only looking for money saving when not needed. QS can’t help since the have hands tied.
