Pros

Fun, casual company culture. Good work/life balance compared to industry norms.

Cons

I reiterate what others have commented. The owner gets in his own way. Huge disconnect between upper management and the workforce. More than anything, the "punish in public, praise in private" mentality is super detrimental to company morale.

Pros

Great looking building inside and out. Vaulted ceilings, great furnishings, very chill atmosphere with private patio. Nice location surrounded by other creative studios, not far from the local beaches which can be relaxing during lunches. Friendly/fun people, creative environment.

Cons

Not much variety in terms of work. The main client being the Art Institute of North America, that gets pretty boring. I'm sure there is plenty of money being made by them, but people are capable of much more if you allow them.
