Pros

When most people hear that a team outsources work they have negative thoughts, but when it comes to Vision Tech Team (even though we don't ALL share a common office or headquarters, and it might sound cheesy) we are like a family! Sharing good news is a great way to start meetings and ending with heartfelt appreciations show that we not only care about each other professionally, but personally as well. And having practices such as our Routine Reflection in place enables us to track our long-term growth and receive regular feedback and advice - which ties into my favorite Core Value: Never Stop Growing! I absolutely love seeing our Core Values in action :) - Work from anywhere (as long as you have reliable internet) - Occasional Team Retreats - Virtual environment consisting of awesome people that continue to challenge you to grow Core Values - Vision First - Integrity and Honesty - Synergy - Innovate - Own It - Never Stop Growing - Selfless Service

Cons

Currently VTT does not offer traditional "benefits". They are actively working on this and I am confident they will generate a solution in the near future. As with all jobs - at times the work can become overwhelming, but the team will do their best to support you in times of stress and co-create solutions to overcome issues. In the early days of the company - training often came about via "being thrown in the deep end". Today - new team members may still feel a few growing pains; on the upside - skill development and processes continue to evolve and become more user-friendly. There are some really talented people continually working on improving and stabilizing how we do what we do.

Great Review! Thank you so much. My promise as CEO has always been that we will make you more marketable than when you came in. I intend to keep that promise as the company grows. :)

Pros

I have been employed by Vision Tech Team (VTT) for a little less than a year now but I knew within the first couple of months that I had found my new home. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company! I have worked for numerous employers throughout my career, including other digital design/development/marketing Agencies, but none of them hold a candle to working at VTT. I think for me personally, most of this comes down to the company culture and my alignment with it. Working here truly does feel like you're part of a family. We all care about one another's personal and professional growth, all strive to help each other be our best selves and are all passionate about the work we do and the lives we impact through our work. Many companies talk the talk when it comes to the culture they espouse but VTT walks the walk and it makes all the difference in the world to both their clients and their employees. If you knew me in the past, you would know that I haven't generally been the type of person that goes around promoting company values and being a poster board for the company that employs me. Honestly, I've always had a rather apathetic outlook as it relates to company core values since most of the companies I've worked for haven't really lived up to the core values they advocated. VTT is different! We live out our core values to the best of our abilities every day, whether it relates to our internal interactions with each other or our interactions with our numerous clients. Below is a list of our 7 core company values. If you're considering applying for a position at VTT, this is what you're getting into... and that's a good thing! V - Vision First: Be Proactive And Begin With The End In Mind I - Integrity And Honesty In All Communications S - Synergy: 1+1 = 3+ I - Inventive: Seeking Creative Solutions And Never Settling For “Stuck” O - Own It! We Are Responsible, Reliable & Fulfill On Our Promises N - Never Stop Growing: A Commitment To Personal And Business Growth S - Selfless Service Are there other things that make working at VTT great? Sure there are! I've listed out a few below in no particular order. But the glue that holds everything together and makes working at VTT so special is their adherence to the above core values and the company culture they maintain. * You are able to grow into your professional best self and are supported along the way. * You get to work with a growing list of amazing and influential clients in numerous spaces/industries. * You get to work remotely from home or while traveling as long as you maintain your client and internal commitments. * You can maintain a flexible work schedule, again, as long as you maintain all client and internal commitments. * Continued learning and professional growth is encouraged and supported. * It's a fun work environment where we cut up and kid around with each other on a regular basis. * It's an open and honest work environment where constructive feedback and appreciations for a job well done are welcomed and encouraged. * While we are constantly working to improve our systems and processes, there is already a strong foundation here, so it doesn't feel like you're flying by the seat of your pants. You're set up for success, not failure. * We are a relatively small company that is expanding rapidly so there is a lot of room for professional growth. * And many more... Hope to see you on the inside soon! :-)

Cons

There really aren't many cons to working at Vision Tech Team (VTT), at least in my opinion, as you can tell by my raving review above in the Pros section. Only things I can really think of are more along the lines of formal company benefits that you would probably receive while working at a larger corporation. Things like company health insurance plans (that's a big one for me since individual health insurance premiums have skyrocketed in recent years), 401K plans, etc., aren't offered but you wouldn't necessarily expect them to be offered at a small to medium sized company like VTT and the compensation here is solid and merit-based so that limits the impact of the above additional expenses you'll incur on your own. Again, to me the benefits far outweigh any cons that I can think of. This really is a great company to work for!

Pros

Again, the culture that's been fostered at VTT is unparalleled. Having worked at a few agencies, I can sincerely say the dynamic this team brings is wildly above the rest.

Cons

No cons come to mind. Life-Work balance is fantastic at VTT.
