none, there are no reasons anyone should ever work here! they is no structure and idiots are running the place. management is a joke. most of them are had their daddy give them the job.

Cons

I don't even know where to begin. there is no structure! they are so inefficient it is laughable. they pay like nothing and there is no reward for doing good work. if you hate when other people get handouts that they don't deserve, you are going to hate visionaire!

No real pros to working at Visionaire.

Cons

The CEO and upper management are amateurs at best and have no idea what they are doing. The CEO likes to write code in Paradox to supplement the MRP system, this is what he spends his time on! The CEO brags about not knowing anything about LED lighting and brags that he is really good at suing people! They have a policy of not giving raises; they give bonuses at the discretion of the CEO (no bonuses 2015!). Rampant nepotism; son of the CEO is a sales manager, two sets of married couples, one couple has a kid working here, and one set of siblings. The company is a tax write-off for the owner so there is no interest in being successful or profitable.

They seem to be passionate about their product.

Cons

The company senior management team must be replaced. There is very little to no support from senior management. Company mostly relies on a line of credit to function and cover heavy losses. No room for advancement, no bonus structure, and very little hope for a salary increase.
