So much potential

Pros

On paper, Visit Anaheim is doing everything right.

Cons

There's too many staff that have been there for too long. New staff need to stay out of the office drama unless you like that sort of thing. Potential hires need to talk to people in the industry and hear for themselves how the organization is fairing. It's been too long since I worked there to know if the office drama has since improved. I hope so.

Great Perks but Lacks Positive Culture

Pros

Nice office environment with lots of opportunity to engage with and positively effect the community.

Cons

There is no continuity in leadership from the executive level. Every VP runs their department with different rules and no common goals are clearly communicated. Lot's of smoke and mirrors but no real effective processes. Executives seem more concerned with their own perks and community perception than the practical foundations needed to run a healthy and financially responsible company.

Pros

Saw some cool tradeshows - as a musician, seeing NAMM in person was cool.

Cons

Some very toxic leadership refused to deal with bullying issues that were frequently reported on and then promptly ignored.
