Pros

The data analytics team is fantastic with tons of development opportunities. Policy to work for your day, which means we're in the office probably about once a month. Salary is increased in line with inflation annually

Cons

Not a lot of role progression (but lots of learning in the current role)

Pros

Tourism is one of the best industries to work in. The organisation is innovative and ahead of the curve. It had been a great foundation for me to learn and grow with opportunities to move into different roles every couple of years. They allowed me to learn new skills in a new role, even though I had no experience - they saw my potential. I'll be forever grateful for all the wonderful times I had here.

Cons

Government funded organisation which seem to go through frequent re-organisations and redundancies.
