As a non-profit, we strive to stay competitive in the marketplace with our compensation and benefits. In June, we underwent a market study to validate our team members were paid at the market rate. We offer a rich benefits package that includes generous employer contributions to the medical, dental, and vision, 13 paid holidays, paid parking, 10 vacation days, 7 PTO days, 5 Sick days, 401K program, a cell phone stipend, and more.

Pros

Great PTO, sick, and vacation days. Ability to work remote a few times a week. No dress code in office. CEO of company is accessible.

Cons

Hard to move up, management doesn't show interest in your career growth. Low pay because it's a non-profit.

Over the years many of our coordinators have transferred to other departments: sales, tourism, membership, and data analysis. They went on to become managers, directors, or VPs of the organization. As we return to the workplace (COVID) the organization invested in a learning management system (training system) for all team members; we believe it is important to provide tools to help the team members continue to grow and develop their skill sets.
